How can Longopac save so much CO₂ compared to traditional bags?

Longopac always use 100% of the material rather than half full bags. The thickness is about half comperated to most bags.
We have sustainable production is Sweden with renewable energy and heat recovery systems. We use up to 50% renewable materials.
